The CDA is a group of professionals who work in the UK mergers & acquisitions arena and related areas. Members include individuals with roles in companies including corporate development, finance, strategy and operations. Members also include advisors who are lawyers, accountants, actuaries, head-hunters and investment bankers. CDA has a number of members from the private equity and banking industry.
CDA’s objective is to create an independent forum for professionals involved in corporate development so they can discuss frankly issues that affect growing and reshaping organisations without becoming involved in sales pitches or event provider pressures. The meetings also provide a useful opportunity to develop contacts.
